The Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) recently held its grand opening for a new interactive solid waste and recycling education center and museum. The Environmental Education Building, which is available to school and community groups by appointment, will offer visitors a chance to explore all of the solid waste management and recycling options offered by DSWA.
