5. “How do I schedule a box pick-up in the USA?”

   Close

   The box comes with a pre-paid return shipping label already attached! If you leave the box available where UPS or FedEx drops-off, they will pick it up the next time they visit your location. With UPS, there is no need to schedule a pickup as charges may apply. If you do not have regularly scheduled visits from UPS, please contact our Customer Service Team (877.723.1297).

6. “How do I schedule a box pick-up in Canada?”

   The box comes with a pre-paid return waybill already attached! If you leave the box available where Purolator or Canada Post drops-off, they will pick it up the next time they visit your location. If you need to schedule a pickup, you can call Purolator directly at no charge. If you are outside of Purolator’s or Canada Post’s service area, please contact our Customer Service Team (888.224.9764).

7. “My organization is a participating collection site and we need marketing materials.”

8. “My organization is already a participating collection site and would like to enroll multiple sites.”

   If you have additional locations you’d like to receive our collection kits directly and participate in our program or if you have additional locations that you’d like to participate, but you still want our collection kits to come to your location for you to disperse, please contact our Customer Service Team.

9. “My organization is interested in supporting the program as a licensee.”

   Call2Recycle wouldn’t not exist without the support of our licensees/industry stewards! Please submit our Licensee/Industry Steward Inquiry Form and someone will respond shortly.

10. “Do you recycle single-use/non rechargeable batteries?”

    We do not accept single-use/non-rechargeable batteries for recycling in the U.S. at this time. However, certain states may have requirements for these batteries. We do accept all single-use/non-rechargeable batteries (weighing 5kg or less each) for recycling in Canada.
